Chloe Saultry re-signs for 2026
03/02/2026
The Sandringham Football Club is pleased to announce that Chloe Saultry has re-signed for the 2026 VFLW Season.
Saultry joined Sandringham (then known as the Southern Saints) in 2020 from the Sandringham Dragons. Despite her delayed debut due to knee injury, she has since been a pivotal player at half back. She has grown throughout her years at the Zebs with her ability to shut down the opposition and attacking without fear.
The key defender continued to develop in 2025, kicking six goals in 12 games and being named in the best players four times. In Round 10 against Darebin, Saultry collected 14 disposals and laid six tackles in an impressive defensive performance, whilst her offensive capabilities were on show with her two goals in Round 4 against Geelong. She was rewarded for her efforts, receiving the 2025 VFLW Coaches Award. Saultry continues to strive for success with her lockdown ability, clear voice behind the ball and confident run out of the backline.
Saultry begins 2026 playing with the Nightcliff Tigers in the Northern Territory Football League who currently lead the competition. She is keen to play finals and simultaneously prepare for the VFLW season ahead with the Zebs.
Reflecting on her signing, Saultry said,
“I am super keen to be back at Zebs for the 2026 season. I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together!”
We are excited to have Chloe continue her journey with the Zebs in 2026!
