Jack Frost
Senior Coach
Frost has a long career as a player, first drafted to Collingwood AFL from Williamstown VFL at the end of 2012. He made his debut for Collingwood in Round 1, 2013 and played 54 games for the club before being traded to Brisbane at the end of the 2016 season. Frost played two games for Brisbane before suffering a concussion and at the end of the 2018 season, concussion symptoms forced him to retire.
Since then, Frost joined the football department at Brisbane, working with their first-year players and developing their younger talent, before coaching Hawthorn's AFL Wheelchair and AFL Blind teams.
Frost most recently joined St Kilda AFLW as a development coach ahead of the 2025 AFLW season, a role he will continue to hold alongside his VFLW Senior Coach role.
