Josh Hutchings is back for 2026

The Sandringham Football Club is pleased to confirm that Josh Hutchings has re-signed for the 2026 season.

Hutchings joined the Zebras in 2025 and made an immediate impact in his debut year, playing six games and kicking six goals, including his Round 1 debut against Geelong. A dynamic centre-half-forward, he’s known for his clean ball use, strong leading patterns, and instinctive ability to find the goals.

Before arriving at Sandringham, Hutchings claimed the 2024 Rising Star Award at Caulfield Grammarians in the VAFA, highlighting his rapid development and natural talent. His first VFL season showcased that same potential, with glimpses of the exciting player he is becoming.

Speaking on his re-signing, Hutchings said,

“I am extremely grateful to be back at the Zebs this year and I’m really looking forward to seeing what the new playing group and coaching staff can achieve in 2026!”

We’re excited to see Hutch continue in the yellow, black, and blue next season!
