Sandringham Football Club is pleased to announce that Hugo Hall-Kahan has signed with the Zebras for season 2024.
Joining us from Sydney's AFL list, after being selected at pick 11 in the 2022 NAB Mid-Season Rookie Draft, Hall-Kahan is another former Sandringham Dragon to join the Zebs.
At 188cm, Hall-Kahan has proven influential in the forward line. He averaged two goals, 15 touches and 4.5 marks per game for the Dragons in 2022, before making the move to Sydney.
Playing all 18 games for the Swans at VFL level in 2023, Hall-Kahan averaged 13.7 disposals.
As a Dragon, Hall-Kahan was selected in the Young Guns, representing the best Under 23 players against Vic Metro and Vic Country. He has shown a vast set of skills and professionalism at his young age, and we are excited to see what he brings to the Zebras in 2024.
"Having Hall-Kahan, who has spent 18 months on an AFL list, appealed to us. His ability to get up and down the ground as a half-forward is something our team has identified as a focus for 2024, and we look forward to adding strings to his game as the year goes on,” says Head Coach, Jake Batchelor.
We’re looking forward to seeing Hugo Hall-Kahan on his Sandringham journey in 2024.
