Indi Sherritt signs on for 2026

The Sandringham Football Club is pleased to confirm that Indi Sherritt has signed on for the 2026 VFLW season.

Sherritt arrives at the Zebs following a strong 2025 campaign with the Dandenong Stingrays in the Coates Talent League, where she continued to build a reputation as an inside midfielder who combines toughness at the contest with the ability to spread and find space on the outside. 

Across the season, Sherritt featured in 14 Talent League matches and was named the Stingrays’ best player five times, highlighting her consistency and impact through the midfield. Known for her defensive pressure and willingness to compete, she also contributed on the scoreboard with three goals while playing an important role throughout the year. 

Developing her football with both Dandenong Stingrays and Haileybury College, Sherritt has shown strong growth as a competitor who thrives on tackling pressure and hard work around the contest, making her an exciting addition to Sandringham’s midfield heading into 2026. 

Speaking on her signing, Sherritt said, 

“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity. I’m excited for what’s ahead, and I’m looking forward to getting started at Sandy Zebs in 2026!”
