Alana Porter joins the Zebs in 2026

The Sandringham Football Club is pleased to welcome Alana Porter to the Zebs for 2026.

A product of the Oakleigh Chargers, Porter went on to get drafted to the Collingwood Football Club at pick 82 in 2018. She was a member of the 2019 VFLW Premiership side before making her AFLW debut the following season. She was awarded the Collingwood Best First Year Player Award in 2020 and played 62 AFLW games during her time at the Pies.

Porter has impressive speed, which makes her a dangerous small forward. In 2025, she scored six goals, 47 disposals and 16 tackles in the seven games she played. She is a fierce player who always gets to the contest to help get possession of the ball.  

Porter spoke on her signing,

"I'm excited to be joining the Zebs for the 2026 season. I'm grateful for the opportunity and looking forward to what this year will bring!"
