Evans and Clarke Commit to Zebs

The Zebs will be bolstered by the additions of Imogen Evans and Arianna Clarke for 2025 

Imogen Evans

Another Magpie has become a Zebra in 2025, with Imogen Evans joining Sandringham after three years with Collingwood in the AFLW. 

Evans brings with her 17 games of experience at the top level, proving herself as a quality midfielder. 

Evans has slotted in nicely through our opening two games of the season, accumulating 21 disposals in our first game against Darebin, and a further 11 the next week against Casey to go along with 11 tackles. 

Arianna Clarke 

Clarke also brings with her AFLW experience, after playing 12 games for the Brisbane Lions from 2018-2020. 

A defender during her time with the Lions, Clarke has made an impact up the ground so far in her tenure with Sandringham, kicking the fourth and deciding goal in our win over the Casey Demons on Saturday.

Clarke stepped away from the game after her time in the AFLW, but has put herself back on the map after a four goal haul for Queensland's state representative side against Tasmania last year.

One of Clarke's teammates that day was Evans, with both being two players to keep an eye on as they become permanent teammates for 2025.
