Deanna Jolliffe re-signs for 2026

The Sandringham Football Club is pleased to confirm that Deanna Jolliffe has re-signed for the 2026 VFLW Season. 

Jolliffe has been with the Zebs since 2019, having been elevated to the AFLW with St Kilda Football Club for two seasons during her career. Before being drafted into the AFLW in 2022, she was captain at the Zebs (then known as the Southern Saints).

She brings her defensive skill and experience back to the Zebs for another season. She is a consistent contributor to the backline and known for her strong defensive work, level of composure and awareness on the field as well. Her leadership and experience are crucial to guide the team's defensive capabilities and help assist the emerging talent in the back line. 

Reflecting on her signing, Jolliffe said, 

"I'm excited to continue my journey for the Zebs and committed to helping mentor & guide our exciting young players (even if I feel like a nanna!) Yay Football!"

We’re excited to have Deejay continue her journey with the Zebs in 2026!
